Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Omnistudio Developer to design and develop OmniScript flows for various business processes. In this role, you will be responsible for creating dynamic and interactive user interfaces by developing OmniScript components, such as actions, data sources, and controls. Additionally, you will be tasked with integratingVlocity with various external systems to support business operations and enhance the customer experience. Your contributions will play a key role in driving business solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and Develop OmniScript Flows: Create OmniScripts to streamline and automate business processes, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Component Development: Build and configure OmniScript components, such as actions, data sources, and controls, to enhance functionality and interactivity.
• Vlocity Integrations: Develop and implement integrations with external systems using Vlocity integration tools to support data exchange and business workflows.
• Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and Optimize: Identify issues, optimize flows, and ensure smooth operation of business processes within the OmniStudio environment.
• Document and Support Development: Document processes, provide training, and support troubleshooting efforts to ensure continuous system improvements.
Skills Required:
• 4+ years of experience in OmniStudio (specifically OmniScript development).
• Expertise in designing and developing OmniScript flows for business processes.
• Proficiency in developing OmniScript components, including actions, data sources, and controls.
• Experience in integrating Vlocity with external systems.
Skills Preferred:
• Strong proficiency in the Salesforce development ecosystem, including:

• Experience with web development technologies:

• Experience working in agile development methodologies.

• Effective communication skills for collaboration with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
